What is the task workflow?

After initial information exchange via emails, we will setup a zoom meeting, then follow up with written SOW (Scope of Work), contract agreement, and kick-off meeting to officially start the project.

Weekly or bi-weekly review of progress will be provided upon the agreement.

Will the consulting service be on-site?

Depends on the agreement, our consultants will travel to support the on-site tasks occasionally.

Majority of work will be conducted as the remote work. Our primary consultants are located in California.
